i tried to get one of these making new characters and was unsucessful. I later read somewhere in the forums that they no longer spawn from making new toons.

and not to be a troll or a dick, but the last one sat at 2xsmalls for months with no sale. can craft a shit ton for much less granted I did offer him 25k because its pretty sweet just not 87k sweet.
