I am Selling a keep to fagabeefe he is going to give me 1 keep deed and owe the remainding keep deed due within 3 weeks time if payment is not met (wich im sure it will be) the original keep deed will be held as "rent" he will be co owned to said keep untill the remainding balance is met

id like to thank ash for creating this kind of housing sale

fagabeefe will agree to these terms and then i will commence with the co owning

Down payment has been made He chose to wait till he pays the rest to take ownership instead of being co owned obviously that is fine with me

im not gonna do some wierdo 24 timer but 3 weeks from now the rest will have to be paid (again i see no problem)
