UO Second Age

Have there been any changes made to the Harm spell? Even at melee range (1 tile) it still does equal or less damage than magic arrow.. I know because it is a 2nd level spell it is easily resisted, but it should pack a small punch when you're next to someone.

The change to make harm do more damage the closer you are to someone was made post-t2a.
