Small house located between Vesper and Minoc in Windmere Woods. Minoc is to the southwest and Vesper to the southeast. It is a great location for fishermen and lumberjacks. Not a lot of spawn, but can see a gargoyle or air elem on occasion.

The nice perk of this location is that you could place two smalls here, if you so desired.

I have tried an L shape. It is one tile shy in north south direction. I tried and tried one night. I was hoping it could

sold to Demetrius. He transferred the deed and I transferred the house
