UO Second Age

I am attempting to macro lockpicking but I am no longer receiving gains from both a simple locked crate and a locked box. I found both of these boxes so I dont know where they came from or who made them. I am currently at 68.5 skill and I macroed on each of these boxes for hours without a single .1 increase. I also have a GM chest but I am unable to practice on this yet. Suggestions? Anyone have a locked box I can purchase that will actually increase my skill? Thanks in advance.

Make a character with 50 carpentry and 50 tinker, have him make a few locked boxes.... you'll gain on those until get around 75 lockpicking, then go buy a GM made locked box on player vendors to continue gaining.
