Great L With Room[SOLD]

This is a very nice L shape at the edge of fens. It's very close to the water and has low spawn. I believe there is plenty of room to convert this to a brick or patio if you choose to later on.

I walked it off, there are 2 tiles to spare on the west side of the L and nothing to blocking on the north, so a patio or brick should go in without any problems. I just have dropped and placed other types so I can't confirm.
