Well its sad to let my first tower go, and Jekkis first real estate sale. But I'm down sizing and consolidating due to work/school taking up my life.
I'm leaving all kinds of shit in there from jewelry to resources. I counted 3k+feathers, boards, 50 some bolts of cloth and bales of cotton. ship wreck stuff for the unfinished fish tank, some armor, weapons, clothes, a custom bar, three rune books of banks, smiths, and cotton. plus many addons, a duel pit and a pool table lol. some may say trash some may say treasure. spawn is low/moderate I never see neighbors or foot traffic. let the bidding begin!

and to the potential buyer I own the three smalls blocking a space for an L shape for sure, possibly a tower on the peninsula behind it. we can discuss that later.

EDIT: Received reply. I have agreed to buy this Tower and three Small houses for the price of 3 x Tower deed for the tower and one Small deed for each of the 3 Smalls. So total deal price is 3 x Tower and 3 x Small deeds.

so it seems fireball and I have reached an agreement, 3x tower deeds and 3x smalls and the tower and peninsula are his! stay tuned for conformation of this deal.
