UO Second Age

I know this is not really 'era or game accurate (as it has always been like this)' but I have always been annoyed that you can not talk while you are meditating to gain mana or it stops your meditation. Just tossing it out there to see what others think.

Exp:
Current-
"You enter a meditative trance"
You: Hey want to go to your mom's house and watch Rio Lobo on her new big screen TV that she paid for with stripper dollars?"
You stop meditating.

Proposed-
"You enter a meditative trance"
You: Mark Whalburg was good in Boogie Nights! However, I despise his brother who is in the less than tolerable boy band "Back Street Boys".
You are still meditating

use guild or party chat, probbrem srolvved

Would solve the problem if I was always in a party chat or in a guild. Unfortunately I am not so the problem persists.

How can you channel your thoughts if you're busy talking?
