Leet house in moonglow!

Not intending to sell anytime soon.
Right next to Guard zone and teleporter that takes you straight to the center of moonglow
There is also a return pad in moonglow
Just looking for a general value since i have no clue in this housing market

Right now you might get around deed +10-20k gold for it.

I think in the current market it would be worth more at that time you could get most houses for deed +20k and a max of 2x deed
