If anyone knows of a good screen recording program/video quality for converting I am using CamStudio for recording atm
Also looking for a good video editing program, right now I am not editing, the videos could definitely use a little, so program suggestions welcome thanks!

This is a really good initiative!

I didn't know about the light levels. ;) Although I do have some comments. You talk very good and the pauses are perfect, and if you havn't yet, you should write a script of what you're going to say, just to make it flow better. Also, you tend to move the mouse to much when your're just talking. You should also have Razor on-top at all times so viewers can really look at Razor while you're talking about a feuture.

If your comp can muster it, you should really consider making a higher quality video and allowing viewers on YouTube to choose if they want to watch the regular quality video or the High-Quality one. YouTube vids of program tutorials tend to be relatively hard to watch due to the small text.

Other than that, awesome job! I like it! ;)
