Being that it isnt force, power, vanq etc. I would say that your best bet would be to sell it to an NPC weapons vendor, prolly get around 150gp maybe 200 not quite sure

same, vendor it. Unless its force or up, noone is gonna use it. GM is better than might and the only charges that people usually care about are ghouls, daemons breath, thunder, and sometimes weakness. If its a Hally, a +20 of might is alright, but anything else, vendor it.
