Selling Keep to Kelben

Selling Keep to Kelben for 2.5 million with option to buy tower beside it in the future.
Kelben will pay 1.64 million up front and receive the keep transfer.
Kelben will then pay me 100k a week until the 2.5 million is paid off in full as per our agreement.
He will confirm.
