Stat gains

Hey, I was just wondering a good way to get up stats now..... I've gone online and heard what people have said here, but I am new to this shard, used to have characters on old Lake Superior but didn't think I could transfer him somehow... So anyway, anyone got some good perks on how to raise stats quickly? MAge... 100/25/100... and I don't have any gold so how can i max my stats to 700 ????
