Hi Embeez,

It depends on what you want.

If you just want a house on a mountain where you can mine, I can show you at least two dozen open spots that are yours for the taking.

If you want low spawn (forest and grass) in addition to the mountain, you may have to buy from someone. You can probably find an open spot if you hunt for a week or two, but it's easier to buy from someone else who has already done that.

Do you want it furnished or unfurnished? A mining house isn't much use without a forge and an anvil. A well equipped mining house will two forges (one inside, one on the steps) as well as a spinning wheel and loom so you can work tailoring too. If you haven't built your carpenter yet, buying a mining house already furnished may be well worth paying a little more.

Do you want verite and valorite veins nearby? Most mining houses will have ready access to the other color ores, but valorite makes it tricky. Most house sellers have no idea where the veins are or whether their houses are near any. A GM miner either has to mine the area around a house that's for sale and see what shows up, or you have to buy from someone who already knows and can tell you.

Food for thought,
Wil

Many thanks for the response.

I'm going to have a look around and I've also put a bid down on a property.

Nolez, thanks, but I've never really been a fan of Trinsic and the local area.

Great mining small!

For those that will say the spawn sucks, they are correct, but usually they stay in the desert; however, It Doesnt matter, because the Shrine is there to Instantly Rez you!
