Treasure??

i made a new cartographer and when i decode the map all i get is some crappy picture of the general area the treasure is, how do i get exact coordinates?
You go to this site, and check out where it's located. Also, the maps are numbered, and your local rune library should contain map locations sorted by those numbers.
