How many different methods are there? I know the sheep wool and cotton... is there other ways?

There's one more plant you can pick besides cotton, forgot what it is but it's on one of the Moonglow farms. You can also cut up clothes for bandages .

flax is the other plant that spwans that can be made into cloth
