One of the best shrine houses in the game, being a midsize and one of the closest houses in general to this shrine.

Come winter 3x deed won't seem all that expensive. Best time to buy is summer and fall. Best time to sell is winter and spring.

Yea, this house is worth 3x, its on ice isle, near shrine, and best of fall (imo) its got a mountain on its doorstep.
