Xanben also put down a large brick deed which leaves a 405500k Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home!

Received 2x small deed on time!

I collected them slowly cuz I've been swamped IRL but he did pay on time!

Xanben paid 3x more small deeds, and I erased the rest of the loan. L Shape was transferred, Xanben will confirm! Ty for a nice deal!
