This auction is for the 2-story and small in front of it. A lich lord and/or lich are part of the spawn cycle!
Also nearby is a bridge troll spawn! It is SUPER TOUGH.

I'd go 2x more sm deeds but I would need some time to see if i can swing it....

Gotta be careful with a place like this, getting assaulted by Lich Lords every time you recall in to refresh.
It's soooo cool though, I'm glad I bought it. I might decorate with a haunted house theme or the like...
