Hair Restyling Deeds

Without the [young] system how are we suppose to go about getting hair restyling deeds.. We should add the newer hair restyling vendor just remove the neon features he sells..

Hey guys isn't it on that trophy turn in list? I'm not sure, it's not like there's a place where we can go check for ourselves or anything.

For 150 Reward Points u can get a hair restyle deed... pretty rare...
