Reselling ship deed

Can i sell a Large Dragon ship deed back to the uhhh boat guy? I tried a couple places and it didnt work. Am i supposed to be able to? I dont think they will buy the ship model(after its placed and drydocked) but i thought i could sell the deed back.

Most likely not. (And the ship model is not sellable)
If you want a "refund" on the boat, PM me in IRC and I'll buy it back at vendor cost so you have funds to work with
