Empty sites for small houses

First spot is a very quiet double lot - can fit two small houses.
Second spot is on the edge of the fens. There is some spawn but not too bad.
Hope somebody finds these useful.

Also, don't forget the 20+ open small spots in Bucs Den!

I also have at least 25 marked in the Yew forest area too if anyone ever needs (small spots)
Most are a very short run to the bank/gate, but obviously not valuable for anything other than a residential.

I can show you an empty spot in Moonglow. I had two, but someone just filled the 2nd. PM or IRC me.

LOL, sorry I was inebraeted. I should have specified the east peninsula. Where there are no spots, cuz me and you and a bunch of other people have checked every inch of that area many many times over.
Basically I was offering to pay money for something I already know is impossible
There's a couple places where houses *should* fit, where they *used to* fit, where they fit on all the other shards except this one since UOSA tightened the placement rules.
In 1999 T2A I had a freaking house with one side literally sitting on Trinsic wall. NPCs and players used to get stuck under the foundation.

This spot just opened up on Fire Island, good for hunting at the temple. (You can do archery through walls in some spots). But I just found the spawn too obnoxious. Fkn Silver Serpents triangulating me.... ugh! I was scared just to go refresh to damn thing. Actually the Silver Serpents spawn a little north of there I think, but wander down. Also there's a spawn of regular giant serpents. And regular snakes.... maybe even a drake or dragon.
It's basically a reptilian hellhole house of venomy death. Enjoy

Here's a free spot just north of the moonglow zoo and quite near to the moongate!
I had to redeed it cuz I'm at my 15 house limit and wanted to buy another house.
BTW: The house directly beside it is owned by me and for sale at a fixed price of 2X deed.

I just gave up this spot. Not convenient to teleporters, but on the road and near the Moonglow mageshop.
It's sitting empty as of now. Come n' get it!
