This home is in a secluded opening in the woods of Windemere. The only house on screen is a single small next to the tower. That small is also for sale from another seller. It's not a far run from Vesper Bank if you'd like to check the area out.

Just fyi, I took down that small yesterday. Now this tower features a yard! (free bump)

spamlet...noone will pay you more than 10k for a small beside a tower, the market for towers has dropped from 3x to 2x, so your investment, is not so much an investment but a waste of time. If you so badly need 10k that you want to place a small beside one of our properties to try and exploit the buyer of the tower, i will give you 10k. It would literally take 10 minutes to go earn that yourself. It's amazing that people still think random smalls are worth something when there is literally 500 spots to place them.

Assuming he has "bad" intentions, how is this any different than having a blocker house and selling it at a premium so someone can place a larger house in the location? This happens all the time, especially in the wake of IDOCs.

because those blocker houses can be worth up to 2-3x and are actually worthwhile, it keeps the same people from getting all the large houses.

When u throw up a small right beside someone elses property, its just to try and say, well you may have an annoying neigbhor here now, and i made 10k off it, NANANA BOO BOO

If they need 10k, i will GIVE them 10k...its not worth the trouble to place the small. There's 500 other spots.

It is one per character. So up to 15 per real life human.

I went to look at the property, the spot for the small was empty. I placed a small.
I PMd Bixby about the property, and am currently figuring out if I want to bid.
In the event that I do not, or am outbid by someone else, I will remove the small.
I never said the small was going to be for sale.

I am happy for Bixby that someone is finally bidding on this place.
