Server Birth Animated Hour Glass

I have a bid for 5 Castle deeds and a Keep Deed already.
I would consider BOTH Gold and other high end rare items too......Skull Candles, Sandstone etc....
The Hourglass is in my Tower in East Brit, 6 seconds from the Guardline off the road out of East Brit. Tower is open if you want to check it out and see the animation of the Hourglass (pretty cool)

Bee is shooting me his best offer of Items, Silver and or Gold. I will have the deal from him after 9pm EST. I will give people a shot to beat it, after I see his offer. I might take less GP value for items I want. *Might* being the operative word. Gold can still win the day.

Total Package worth approx 10 mil

Too bad, I liked the items alot.
But I think i can get better.
Sultan pm'd a bid of 12 mil Gold. If that is still good Sultan, please confirm here.
I would like to wrap this up by 1pm EST time tomorrow. So I will take what I feel is the best deal by then.

Auction ends one hour after last bid. If I gave you a gp value for items, then you can use that in your bid. If you want to get a gp value for bidding purposes then drop me a message before auction ends.
