SOLD TO "Mith" FOR 2-STORY DEED + 2 SMALLS
I gated him to a carpentry shop, he bought & handed me the deeds. I then transferred him the house on the toon he wanted it on.

Not sure. I don't think this could be replaced with a brick due to the tree stumps where the NE corner would be, but maybe it can be moved forward one tile? I'm kinda new here and haven't played in years, so I can't say for certain.
