I will be financing the purchase of two towers found here for forum user Spamlet:

The purchase price for the two towers is 1,330,400gp. Spamlet will make a down payment of 900,000gp.

The remaining balance will be 430,400gp + 75,000gp finance charge for a total remaining balance of 505,400gp.

Spamlet will receive full ownership of one tower, and co-ownership on the second tower for the duration of the loan.

Spamlet will have 30 days to pay off the balance or suffer an additional 75,000gp finance charge.

After 60 days if payment is not made in full the property will be forfeit.

I accept and agree to these terms.
