Homes that are in a perpetual state of 'condemened'.

I've noticed over my months of playing here, that there are certain houses that are almost always condemned. They go through their stages of decay, but instead of actually decaying; the houses are refreshed and no longer condemned until a few days go by and then the condemned status is again present. I can think of at least 4 houses that have been going through this cycle for months, and yet they never decay. Somehow the condemned status is lifted, the house is refreshed, and then it shortly again returns to condemned status.

My questions are, why? Why and how does this occur? For what purpose does it happen?

Owner needs to refresh, after not sure how long till condemned again but I believe this is normal.

What I mean is a house is condemned, gets refreshed before falling, and maybe the very next day it's back to condemned status. Not 6 months down the line.

This is quite strange. I was under the impression that a condemned home cannot be refreshed. There was a small near my old tower that was condemned but got refreshed as well...twice.
Any clearing on this would be quite informing.

Yeah but what he's saying is they were refreshed and then returned to condemned status within days, which should take 6 months.

A house goes condemned when the owner hasnt refreshed it in 6 months.
Once condemned only the owner can refresh it, and then it should be another 6 months before the possibility of being condemned again

It may be that the player deletes the character that owns the house regularly.

If you delete a character that is holding a house the house will randomly transfer to another character on the same account.

Sometimes that means a character becomes the full owner of two houses, in which case both houses go condemned. The condemned status is lifted when one of the houses is transferred to a character that can properly take it.

I have seen 2 small condemed houses aswell being refreshed and still remain condemed, one is on the strip at the britt gy. Seems to be a bug with it since they never left the condemed status.

This is also what I am saying homie. Same thing. House was condemned. Then not condemned n refreshed. And a few days later condemned again.
So two questions
1)if its been 6 months or someone is banned n a house is condemned, can it be refreshed by the owner if he comes back after the 6 months(lets say 6 months n a day)
And
2) if a house was refreshed after being condemned then how did it become condemned again a week later?

EO is right. The players doing this, do not have enough room on their accounts for more houses, so they place the house, delete that character, make a new character, place a new house, 2 weeks later, they drop the house with the character it xferred to, and replace it, refreshing its 2 week condemn time, rinse and repeat. Just an exploitable way to own more than 15 houses.

So you Think someone will let that small drop 4 times and then if they are lucky get 2 small for the placed house? Dont sound like good Money to me?? The player that own that house will loose Money since its in a bad spot.

Also the first small house i saw that on was North of chaos shrine and a none good spot.
There was like 3 spots empty beside that spot aswell for smalls.

Wow. I didn't even think of this. I can't even imagine how many people own like 50 fuckin houses. Crazy. 300 people on the server and only spots for smalls. Lol, it all makes sense now.
