I just deeded this spot a week or two ago because noone wanted to buy it and 10-15k isn't worth the time it takes to make a post about selling it, waiting on the buyer to get there, getting a broker because the noob doesnt want to hand his hard earned 60k over first, etc etc

If that's how you feel about it, why do you still have one for sale one screen away from this listing. Don't derail my listing with your feelings because your sour about it not selling for you.

haha, it was a joke blaine, if someone wants it, they will pay what you are asking. The one a screen away is a secluded area that i plan on keeping for a while to macro in. Thanks for giving away one of my many macro houses!! hehe

It's pretty clear from following the forum ads that Moonglow houses just don't sell all that great, unless they're on the east side. That seems to be where all the high-end property value is at.

People won't sell those smalls for 10X + deeds. The entire rest of the island is pretty much bleh...

A moonglow small can sit for months on the forum at 1x Deed +10k with no takers. But east peninsula properties get scooped up in minutes for big money.
