Considering selling my GY house. Taking offers.

You can send PM with offers, post them here, bid as an auction.

May sell all 3 for the right price as well!

forgot a 0? lolol if you think a GY house is worth 5 million on this server with less than 5 people in the GY daily, i think you are sorely mistaken. Maybe 2 million tops, and that's if anyone even wants to shell at that much for a small. Shoulda sold back in June-July.

I wasn't meaning to be rude or anything, just informative, and I also took your reply as rude to the bidder who started the bidding. When you don't list a SB, and then someone gives one, and you come back with a hahaha try again sucka! remark, it makes you look like a g3tg00dnub type of player, and I know you have more common sense than that.

You may as well retract the house now because noone in their right mind is gonna pay the kind of cash you are wanting...and when you actually do get a bidder, you smart off to them, so good luck.

I wouldn't buy this for 500k. Robbbb if you expect a lot for it, I think you should PM warring guilds privately. This isn't a good house for the public market.

Id give ya 550k for it robbb, I know thats a rip off, I feel its worth more, but its all I have, and if your desperate for money, well thats what I can do.
Besides that, if you want my honest opinion, Id hold it if I were you, maybe population will come back and itll be worth more again and then you can sell it for a real fortune (speaking of population where have you been?)
But, Robbb is right, 1 year ago this house is easily worth 5mil.

Dyne really knows the market. We should all listen to every word he says.

You are right, I do know the market, show me where you have gotten any offers anywhere close to 5 million? Oh right, you haven't.

When someone says they will go 2.5m, that is barely above the 2m i quoted and you also have to look at who the bid is from...that might as well be from cavewight or fede.

sometimes people's friends hype their auctions with fake bids.

I have been here for 5 years and have seen it happen more than once.

Ill bid keep deed, so keep that in mind if you are using fake bids.

but i don't want to get sucked into yalls argument on what property is worth right now.

I'm noticing a trend, someone has to chime in on many real estate listings but is not interested in bidding- just bumping gums. Given this observation, I'm not interested in bidding either - pot meet kettle - I am guilty. Just kind of lame to see the same person in nearly every property thread attempting to drive the value when they don't agree with the OP's valuation (as arbitrary as it may be). Let the bids speak for themselves...

If you could fill me in on who is in every property thread attempting to drive the value, that would be awesome. I have read nearly every housing thread myself and haven't noticed anyone commenting more than they should. I believe you are speaking out of your ass sir. If you are referring to me, i have maybe commented without bidding on at most 2 or 3 in the entire 6 months I've been on UOSA. Robbb just happened to get a few extra comments for smarting off to his bidders without listing a SB. Acting like he's better than someone when truth be told, he's sitting on a computer playing a wizard's game just like everyone else...we are all human, no one is this extra level of l33tness like they think they are and think they have earned the right to smart off to random people that they don't know, especially when they are wrong.
