There is little to no market for magic shields. However, I buy all invul heater shields... I'm one of the few active dexers who uses them. I have payed various prices, but Eifell island is usually stocked with them, he sells them at 3-5k depending on his mood when he puts it up I guess. Feel free to Pm me if you want to get rid of it.
