To be fair, you said say the "words", and quotation marks are not words, you did not say "say the whole phrase as it is shown", so capitalist did indeed do exactly as you said. He said the words. Unfortunately not all people that play UO are also grammar enthusiasts.

You didn't correctly say the words how I wrote them, or perhaps I was not clear enough on the rules which is my fault, coupled with the fact that I don't like you and you're mean to everyone and generally a bad person on this game I felt no need to give to you.

Don't feel bad, I had the opposite problem as Vega. I just uttered quotation marks and forgot to put the words in between them.

How can you OVERCHARGE somebody? I mean, they agree to pay the price. They don't have to pay the price. There is just no such thing as overcharging, absent maybe gouging where you're, like selling ice for $20 a bag after a hurricane. Even THAT is just market forces at work, if people are willing to pay .......

Paying more because you're ignorant is not being overcharged, it's just the buyer being ignorant.
