ya it is, but at 3x market value, i didn't buy it. hehe
Edit: I sometimes pay 2x market value to get what i want, but 3x is just rediculous IMO.

I was told that the last one sold for around 60k. I maybe would have even went 150, but L deed seems steep imo. hehe I'll see if there's anymore out there.
