Black chests? Pure black or you mean the darkest color available by a furniture dye tub? If so. I have some chests stocked at my Skara Brae vendor, and there's a public furniture dye tub for you to pick the color you like!

I actually meant the ones that come up from fishing, etc... but good to know about the furniture dye tub. I have been looking for that too.
