Decided I will accept a buyout of 20 silver (2 trophies). This buyout is silver/trophies only. Not accepting gold buyouts.

where did you get the price 275k from. They are l shape deed always have been and most likely always will be.

I wasn't sure what the going rate was so my price is based on this thread from November: viewtopic.php?f=74&t=56251

That was the most recent thread I found (although I didn't look too hard) and being that it was quite recent I figured I was in the ballpark.

Since he got his buyout price of 300k AND an offer over his buyout price in less than an hour, I figured I shouldn't have trouble starting my bidding below that. Also, I don't know the market quite as well as some people, but I seem to recall seeing these go for around 250k about a year ago. In my limited experience, I've never seen one sell for as low as L deed.

275k is fair I would say, I would value them at around 200-300k, but these have ALWAYS been popular and I could see them growing in value despite the decline of the rares market and if this voting push brings in new players.

lol, what do you know, more bad info from this guy, lol .. you cant claim to know the market when you havent played in months and were bad at pricing when you were here .. it was at 250k for the longest time .. then i sold one for 360k and then a bunch of people sold for 300k, and the price kinda floated around ..
