Can you please list the benefits and cons of this house? I really like it, but I've never owned it on any shard.

That is a Uniquely small house. I can't believe how small it is. Is that wooden thing on thing on top of it for sale too?

Seems like the public are so sick of being cheated on houses that they aren't buying a good one when it appears.
