UO Second Age

How do you get on the top of the four towers (@ corners) and the top of the center structure?

I have seen pentagrams on the 4 towers and a ton of rares and stuff on the roof of the center structure.
No idea how to get up there though..

you can place hosue add ons onto roof tops jsut by targeting up there
to actually get up onto the roof theres 2 ways i know of
1 - you make your keep/castle public, place a tower with wings over the edge and stand there on the wing and deed the tower, dropping you onto the keep/castle, duno if you have to place the tower or keep/castle first or second
2- find objects that raise your z axis up and make yourself steps all the way up to the roof

Ahh okay, so that will explain why they had furs strategically placed, forming stairs. I thought this was just for visual effect. Cool, I will try it.

Furs are actually a visual effect, you gotta have an item that raises your "Z" level there too.. The furs are just for show

Horse dung, damaged books, and some other rare items work

yea sorry shoudl have mentioned that
horse dung stairs look bad :< so does fur stairs but i got ntohing better ot amke em out of yet lol

Did you try benches instead of fur?

yea, but they distance they sit apart from each other, compared to your uo character is dumber lookin than fur, char would have to take giant jumps to get to each stair

You can walk on benches and go up Z level? Is this true?
The craftable benches?

no the benches cnat do it, jsut talking about what to place over the items to make it look good after the staircase is built, cloth looked lame too :<

What about boards?

how bout pillows. You might have to do some weird placement of them before on different objects, then put the stairs underneath them.

ill try pillows today, but boards didnt work at all, too much space between them
best way to tell si to lay the items out on the floor and if it looks liek it could make a good pathway, it will make stairs, cloth is pretty lame tho

What about Cloaks? With proper layering it might look nice...
