SB: 1 L-shape deed, 2 small deeds
BO: 2 L-shape deeds

Great L-shape along the waterfront between Cove & Vesper. No monster spawn around house and no neighbors on east side of it. There is a small house about a half screen to the west. wolfs, bears, llama and the like spawn around house.

Lowest I am willing to go is L-shape and 2 small deeds. Otherwise, I will just hang onto it and use it for storage. Thanks for the offer though.
