GL with your sale, I sold this one about a year ago and if I remember placing it after removing all of the smalls was a biatch lol

I would love to purchase this, if its still for sale. But I am unsure of how this whole deed instead of gold thing works. I have never done this before, so would you be so kind as to explain? Thanks!

Since gold is very heavy, large purchases are usually made with house deeds. If you are a blue character and you keep the house deeds in your main backpack, they are treated as newbiefied. They cannot be stolen, and they weigh very little. The asking price of this home is the cost of a brick deed and a small deed in terms of payment. That is equal to around 189,000 gold pieces. House deeds may be purchased from npc vendors inside of carpentry shops.
