Enough with the nonsense day after day from everyone posting to derail another members listing. It gets old seeing the same people posting on the majority of the listings and feeling like they need to add their 2 cents of info. It would be nice to just see people making offers or just keeping there mouths shut and leaving it alone. Off topic responses should be left to Pm's and not posted on the listing so we all have to read the same type of dialog on every listing we look at. And please don't comment on this, if anyone feels like there is more that needs said on this topic, Pm me and I will start a thread for it.

1. He states he is considering offers, if he gets an offer he likes he may sell.
2. He states this is not an auction or guaranteed sale, if he doesn't receive an offer he is comfortable accepting, such as a reserve price, it wont sell.
3. He listed it under Rares, with no tag saying Selling/Buying/or even a Green Smiling face

^ you cant make unreasonable stipulations like that ..
