This was my first ever medium house on this shard. I had many a good time in it. Every patio I've had since then feels like there is something missing. It's always having that enormous mountain right in front of you.

Yeah, definitely a great location. Was tough to release, but I needed to quickly liquidate some assets. Plus, its going to a good home- the Dunkin' Dutchman was one of my favorite NBA players.
