What would you take as BO?

not sure. starting at 200k per? haven't seen these go for awhile. if theres no serious interest ill just hold em for awhile.

I will bid a patio per. 200k per is a little steep, that's what the price of the white should be. Has anyone noticed that noone buys it when people post it for 300k? : )

The reason being, because everyone refuses to pay 300 per yard, or 250 even. If the price was 200 around what it should be, a few more people would own it. I'm pretty sure everyone has decided since its not worth 300 per yard, i won't buy it, don't need it.

I saw within the last year PLENTY of posts selling white cloth @ 250, mainly DD, and noone still bid. Everyone flamed the post saying that was even too high. Which again, brings it back down to 200, most ppl would say is too high as well. I would buy a few pieces @ 200, but no more than 3 or 4.

You have no idea how much he sold privately.

you're right, noone has any idea what he sold privately, but when getting a valuation, all that can be considered is what is in the public eye.
