Need this for my blacksmith character, though looking for something quite cool. Closer to the cave the better. Let me know via PM how much you want for it and I'll raise the funds.

I know of many open spots that meet your description (small spots). If you bring the deed, I can show you the spots for free.

While I'd be happy to show you some nice small house spots near a mine; I have just listed this large brick home right on a mine! You can have it for cheap, too!

Thanks, I remember that location, I'll check out the area first and let you know. Only problem with that one is it's slightly too jungle-ly.

This is one of the best mining locations on the entire shard, adjacent to the mine on Dagger Isle. I recently bought it for 300k, I'll sell it to you for the same amount:

I will give you a house close to mining that is by itself but a screen away from the mountain. Gmed lots if skills here but have no further use for it. PM me if you wanna see it

Indeed, that's awesome (its actually the one in my mind when writing the first post). I'll take it if you're definitely selling, as long as you don't mind waiting a little while I raise the gold? Of course, you don't need to transfer it until then (not in a hurry).

Give me a brick deed as down payment (when you have it) and I'll friend you to the house, and you can pay off the balance interest-free let's say no later than May 31. When the balance is fully paid I'll transfer the house to you. If you don't pay the balance by May 31 I'll un-friend you and return 100k to you. Confirm this arrangement and we have a deal.*

I confirm. For cool locations like that I like to get good usage out of them. When I see a house thats in a really awesome spot that just has a trash barrel in the middle of it, it really breaks my heart.

And it'll be paid off way before May 31
