I should add...
It's worth is most likely in the 2.5 - 3 million range. I've sold a similar server birth for 3 million. So anyone interested should know the worth is there. But I suppose my interest doesn't go that high at this moment.
And yes vega might've ninja'd his counter bid, but seeing that it was lower than what you are willing to take, it doesn't seem relevant.

Reserve on this item will be 3 million gold. If this reserve is not met by Sunday 3/9 @ 7pm CST auction will be closed.
If the 3 mill reserve is met the auction will end 24 hours after last bid.
