I recently got scammed out of A L shape deed beware of Rip Van Vang he is trying to scam people who don't know how housing buying works BEWARE!

Dyne? I've done deals with Dyne, as have countless others. I have trouble believing she is scamming under another account. I think you need to qualify that a lot more....
Like A LOT more...
Also she has voiced strong and sincere statements against scammers and her opinion of them. I find it completely unbelievable she would be involved in any scamming activity whatsoever.
Either way, advice for new players is to have the details of your housing deal posted here, on a forum thread, and confirmed by your trading partner. Then if you get scammed you have recourse in accordance with this forum's anti-scamming policy.
Even when you are meeting, make the arrangements via PM over this forum, not IRC.
