[BOUGHT] Mining House and Vendor House [BOUGHT]

Hello all.
I am looking to get started as a crafter here, and since a friend injected me with some starting money, im looking for the following:
1x Mining house ( I know there are plenty of small lots at mountains, but im looking for a cute mining house next to a mine or something like that )
1x Vendor house ( High traffic, close to a moongate/Road/Town/Dungeon etc )

I have a small house about 12 steps from the gate I will sell for 600k - that's what I paid for it. If you want to see it, go to Yew gate then 12 steps SE. PM me if you want a tour.
