On the market today comes a seaside tower (you can even fish from the roof if desired, you know.. for party tricks). The nearest neighbor is only visible is you're hanging around the northwest corner of this home. Although there is room to place small houses on either side of this tower if you desire to have extra storage. This home is on the edge of the swamp, however it sees almost no spawn attracted to the home unless someone lures them this far South.
The castle to the West is a soon to be opened public rune library hosted by death12. He's your only neighbor on two sides, and you have the Sea for a neighbor on the remainder. The front yard leads towards a particularly long peninsula which could be a fun-shaped dueling area or an ideal place to line an armada of ships preparing to invade Trinsic!
