From 'This building is like new' to collapsing is 14 days. As for anything in between, not worth bothering with really. Unless you find an IDOC, bit of a waste of time camping. And if you do find an IDOC you park a toon outside and watch like crazy. Naturally all the PK's should recall in in the dying seconds of the buildings collapse and whack everyone....least thats what they tried to do in Europa hehe.
