With the obvious being known (that you have CY runes), I'll offer 3x deed or 2 mill in rares besides silver because I don't want to hear about how you value it at 4k per.

We do indeed have a CY rune, as far as I know north wall only.

EDIT: and I value silver at 18.5k per.

Why is it the best keep location in the game (in your opinion)? I'm just curious.

i got 150 silver and whatever amount of gold ur truly interested in

that keep probably has most spawn in game. i used to own the l shape right infront of it. can get up to 20 mobs at once. i believe there is a monster spawner near it. It is a shitty location.
