Great Newbie Starting House! [SOLD]

Hello!
This auction is for a small house conveniently located right outside of East Britain, just a few screens away! Selling this house for only just the deed cost! It would be a wonderful startup location for any new player (lumberjacking, low-end monster killing, fishing around the castle, etc.)
Thanks goes to Vega/Telamon for donating this spot to help a new player find his or her start up home!
If you are a new player yourself, or know of someone needing a good start up place to live, this is the house for you!
Cost: 1 small house deed, no buyout

Well, he showed me the spot in IRC and asked that I pay it forward to a new player, rather than flipping the house for profit due to the nice location.

Is it still for sale? I am new to uo:secondage and would love it.
Unfortunately started playing today, played original UO some years ago,
but still it would take me some days grabbing the money.
