can co-owners demolish a house to a house deed?

Hey all, can co-owners demolish a house to a house deed? Just curious what the power of a co-owner is as I have never had one before.

nope, they can't. they can lock down and release stuff tho. i dont think they can secure or release secures either, but i can't remember.

ONLY owners can
-Re-deed House
-Transfer House Ownership
-Place a secure
-Remove a secure
-Place a house add-on
-Remove a house add-on
-Add a co-owner
Co-Owners & Owners can
-Add a friend
-Lock Items down
-Unlock Items
-Place a trash barrel
(one way to keep co-owners out of your stash is to block off the entrance with a small forge or other house add-on that you can only remove to get in)

One thing that I have never understood is why friend's can get into your secure containers. Locked down containers I get, and Coowners getting into secured containers I get, but it seems they should've drawn a line on friends into secure chests. The only way around it I assume is to lock the chest with a key and keep it on a logged out mule.

But those can then be lockpicked if someone would want that.
About house add-ons, when I chop one up, I'll get the deed back in my pack right?
